The do-gooders have had their way, that is why. If I am remembering right this
came up in MIchigan several years ago. It was decided to protect true Albino
deer because they "were so special" but it was detrermined that true piebalds
were legal game. Then, there were the religious fanatics who thought that
Albinos had great godlike status and used the seperation of chuch and state to
protect a genetic abnormality.
