 | I got a new spring for my Model 94 30-30.
Is there a trick, or a tool required to install it?
I darn near lost my eye trying.

I use a punch through the screw hole to hold the spring while I get the
plug installed. It keeps the spring from becoming a projectile. Oh
yes, point it away from your face and wear glasses. :)
