 | Got a Kissing Crane Stiletto as a stocking-stuffer this Christmas. The
blade reads "KC 48 ROSTFREI". Anybody know what kind of steel was
used? Any suggestions for sharpening?

According to thier advert it's 420 stainless steel.
Any of the sharpening kits (spyderco, lansky) should do fine.
