| Indeed -- the photos are much appreciated.
My summer plans _are_ fixed in place now, to the point that I'm going
to be at BGT on the 9th of May, whether the new coaster is open or not.
I look at it philosophically; I booked the trip before SheiKra was
announced, so if I get the new coaster it's a bonus. If not, sure,
it'll be irritating, but it'll be a reason to go back to Florida in the
future :)

Earlier in the week when Steve and I went by, it didn't look like the
support is tall enough for the next piece of track to connect (as seen in
this picture):

Draw an imaginary line from the end of the track and you'll see what I mean.
I'm sure it's just an optical illusion but it even looks that way when you
see it. On the other hand I guess if the next piece is the top (apex) it
wouldn't be straight. Although it doesn't look 200' tall yet (but I'm
terrible with approximating measurements).
Oh well, hopefully we'll be able to tell by next week!

| Yeah, great pictures.
It's too bad they can't come up with an opening date.
All my summer plans are up in the air. Can't plan for BGT, can't plan
for SFNJ. At least with parks like CP, you know the new ride will
open when the park does in May. With BGT, they're open year around, so
noone knows when the new ride will be ready.

Thanks for the compliments everybody it is greatly appreciated. As for the
opening. Lets see how the next few weeks goes. If the weather stays nice I
would think an opening the first part of MAY. As for now the construction
work is being done 7 days a week. Or at least last sunday they were working.
During the week there are tons of people working on this monster. Also I
noticed in this photo that they are drilling footers for the immuelman.

The next few weeks you will see alot of the coaster go up. I am trying to
get over to the park all most every other day but twice a week is hard
enough. Also I am currently switching WEBSITE HOSTS so I can continue to
post up photos of SheiKra as I am outgrowing my current service.
Anyway check my site often as I will continue to get construction photos
every couple of days. I may pop by the park tomorrow to see if they have
added anymore track. So I will post up if I do.
The FLCC is having an event at BGT on Superbowl Sunday. We are having a
couple of the park reps talk with us during the event. I think alot of us
will ask the same question when will SheiKra open. So mybe on FEB 6 we can
get some info from the park about weather they are on schedule or a guess on
an opening date.
