I think you need to download a SHN ---> MP3 conversion program. Do a

You don't want to convert to MP3 right away. Unpack the SHN files to WAV,
then burn to CD, then convert the WAV files to MP3. Someone went to a lot
of trouble to supply you with a lossless bootleg; at least take advantage
of it before compressing it.

I have a Shorten application for OS-X, but I'm guessing that's not quite
what you need.

mKw will do it. Or you can get the shn extension for winamp. www.etree.org
