I am in the process of changing the batteries in my Tekna DV-3X. Upon
disassembly, I noticed a burned out resistor on the relay curcuit
board. It is the only resistor on the board, as a matter of fact it is
the only component on the board other than the relay itself. I rough
assembled the scooter and the scooter does run even with the burned out
resistor. Does the resisitor only have something to do with the built
in light on the Tekna? I have been running the scooter without a light
bulb for as long as I've owned it. My real concern is will it be
detrimental to run the scooter with the resistor burned out? For all I
know it has been burned out the entire time I've owned it. I have
dived this scooter about 100 dives aproximately. Thanks for any help
you guys can provide.
