 | The reference point for moments is not critical as long as moment additions-subtractions use the proper equations and distances. There are several "standards" used in referring CG to, so one has to watch carefully when doing weight and balance computations to use the right distances corresponding to that reference point. In some cases I have seen it done referring to station zero, which is usually the extreme front point of the AC.
