 | I'm looking to buy a pair of image stabilizer binoculars and hoping to spend less than $500. I've found some Newcon 16X50 image stabilzer binoculars for about $500. I understand that this is a Russian company.
Can anyone give me some information on the quality of products from this company (e.g. optics, durability)?
Also, can anyone give me a run done on the differences between image stabilizers used for binoculars. The Newcon 16X50 uses magnets and do not need a battery. I've tried all the Canons and they were quite impressive. But they use a battery and cost a lot more (Only the Canon 10X30 is comparibly priced).
Cheers
Jason
