 | Under this Act, is the local authority only obliged to give information relating to the person who requested the information?
Or can an individual request various information about the company, eg minutes of meetings etc?

Under the Freedom of Information legislation, an enquirer can request virtually any information about a public body, although certain types of information may be exempt from disclosure. This would probably include minutes of meetings.
The older Data Protection legislation gives rights of access (and to demand corrections where necessary) to private individuals for information held about them. -- Duncan Dewar duncanngr1@bute.org.uk
