 | I'm looking to hardwire two home LANs. What brand / style of crimpers and rj-45 connectors seems to work the best? I'll be going through walls, so wall plates will also be used. Thanks LT

I bought a cheapie 'kit' from ComputerGeeks... it included a few miles of cat5 cable, the crimpers, a tester and a packet of rj-45 connectors. I made cables for a four unit LAN and it works beautifully but if I knew then what I know now, I would have bought ready made cables! http://www.computergeeks.com/
