That is correct. I couldn't think of that name earlier. The nearest Lavicio's to me at the time was at 35th and El Cajon Blvd.
Further on 30th & Lincoln: Southland could not obtain a beer-wine license from the ABC because of the saturation of stores and bars in the area. In spite of 7-11's extremely high prices on other merchandise, alcohol is the highest profit item and Southland couldn't afford to operate stores without it.
