Perform System Engineering activities on Unmanned
Air Vehicle (UAV) programs. Duties to include Hardware and
Software Specification Generation, requirements analysis,
requirements allocation/tracking/compliance. Develop Interface
Control Documents, Software Requirement Specifications (SRS),
Performance Specifications, Test Plans and Procedures, and
viewgraph packages/presentations. Represent company at technical
reviews, meetings and system level integrations. Interface with
subcontractors and customers. Will also be required to travel and
provide field support as needed. Provide management and
supervision to engineering staff.
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
BS degree in a technical field plus a minimum of eight plus years
of engineering experience. Experience writing technical
documents (described above) and computer literate with versatile
knowledge of the computer applications used in the industry (MS
Word, Project, etc.). Must demonstrate an understanding of
standards, techniques and methods in system engineering and
knowledge of other related technical fields. The successful
applicant will be a multi-tasking team player with a hands-on
approach. Excellent verbal and written communications. Must
have the ability to obtain a security clearance.
Desirable qualifications: Self motivated requiring little
supervision, and experience with requirements traceability
software (i.e. DOORS, etc).
Experience with Excel and Visio.
