 | The nonprofit Hidden Valley Obedience Club has a new location: East
Valley Parkway, Escondido, next to Mayflower Dog Park and Escondido
Humane Society. Volunteer-run HVOC is open to the public and serves
Escondido, RB, Rancho Penasquitos, Ramona, Poway, San Marcos, Valley
Center, Vista, Fallbrook, Bonsall, Encinitas, Oceanside, and San
Diego. Eight-week obedience training sessions are offered to the
public during the year. The next session begins 6 p.m., Tuesday,
January 18. HVOC also offers the AKC Canine Good Citizen test, open
to all dogs. The next test is 9 a.m. March 5. For more information
