and i see a great ineptness on the part of just about
every city department...the caketakers, of course,
hands down, are the people that run the street maintenance
department...the entire city government is basically incapable
of running the city for the benefit of as many as possible...sad
but true, i hate to tell you...look around, inefficiency abounds!
oh, i'm not part of it, cause i don't exist...sorry about the rest of you
