Whoever said anything about them expecting tolerance? Things have not
changed significantly since the Crusades. Both sides of religious
conflicts are eager to be martyrs for their God. That is, when both
sides are theists. Atheists are not in such a hurry to die. A ground
war between theists and atheists would be worfully unfair.
