 | I am looking to hire an artist to take a webcomic's storyboards and present
them in a certain artistic style (an example of that style is the top
illustration [man looking into crystal ball] at this webpage:

What I'm having problems with is finding a good place(s) to put the Help
Wanted ad. I believe I can work with an artist that isn't within commuting
distance of where I live (Madison, Wisconsin, USA). I should be able to
send him scanned copies of the storyboards and he send me back the finished
panels. We chew things over via email and YIM. Because of this, I believe
it opens up the whole world for where that artist is located, such as
Nigeria. But in all my searching using Google so far, I haven't been able
to find any really good place to put such a Help Wanted ad before Nigerian
artists.
Does anyone know of a good place to put such a Help Wanted ad for an artist
that can do the before-mentioned artistic style?
On a related note, I'm working on the wording of such an ad at Zwol, an
online forum for webcomic creators. Any assistance in this regards would
also be appreciated. The thread where I've discussed this issue and laid
