Square head.

It seems the head of a typical Englishman was a bit more square
than a typical French head. Or perhaps the shape of the military
hat of the British army ?

Surtout les cuisses...

Je pense que c'est parce que les Français(de France) mangent parfois
des cuisses de grenouilles, contrairement aux Anglais à une certaine
époque. Les Anglais se font appeler rosbif par les Français aussi.
