I am about to finally finish the CD I have been compiling on these names of
Scottish origin and any other variations of spelling such as SKAID, SKETH,
SKIDD and so on.

So if anyone out there has any connections and wants to contribute or
recieve some info, please contact me.

In putting information to the list - even if we do not ask for specific
help - it goes to the archives and any new person joining a list -
hopefully - browses the archives first and finds the contact.. .

(I can't browse some archives, as I have to wade through all my own
messages!)

Also a lot of people receiving the messages look at the subject line only.
If the names are there I check them, but if it just says the word
"surnames", I miss them
