 | The Ken Pangborn Challenge
Ken Pangborn has made numerous efforts to silence me and to have these
web pages removed. His efforts over the past two years have included:
Threats of civil/criminal legal action
Threats against me
Threats against my wife and children, including fraudulent complaints to
Child Protective Services
Attacks against third parties, such as Wilbur Street and the admin of my
ISP, in hopes of pressuring them into denouncing/censoring me
"Mailbombing" campaigns against my ISP's abuse desk
Campaigns of defamation against me
Creating illusion of "majority support" through posting from alias and
"sock puppet" accounts
All of these efforts have failed miserably. However, I'm hereby making
another offer to Ken. My side of the agreement is that I will remove
these web pages, and will cease to point out Ken's lies and unethical
business practices in the newsgroups. Ken's part is simple:
Ken must comply with the terms posted here. In brief, Ken must admit
that he has lied maliciously, with intent to defame, on hundreds of
occasions.
OR
Ken must provide proof for any one of his numerous claims, which are
listed here.
Once Ken fulfills either of these objectives, I will remove these pages
and stop pointing out what a liar and con artist he is.
The terms of "proof":
Ken must provide incontrovertible evidence for any of his claims.
"Hearsay", such as "Several poeple wrote to me and said that tghey had
found that yopu were LYING" is not considered evidence. An example of
"incontrovertible evidence":
"Attached is a scanned document, in .jpg format. As you can see in
paragraph 3, the subject has been ordered not to come within 1000 miles
of his wife and child. If you look further in the document, you can see
the signature of the judge, and at the top of the page you can see the
case number."
Such incontrovertible proof can be posted either by Ken Pangborn or by
anyone else who is able to obtain proof. This should not be difficult
for Ken to accomplish...after all, he has claimed that over 1900 other
people have had no difficulty obtaining this information. Ken also
claimed several people had obtained my military service records, which
would have information in them to support Ken's claims if they were
true.
Update on the Challenge
9/10/2000 Nearly two months after I made the Challenge, Ken Pangborn
has posted no proof of any of his claims. He has, however, made
numerous excuses for his inability to provide the documentation. The
most recent excuse was that he "required my permission" to post the
proof. This is a ridiculous excuse, as the information in question
(assuming it existed) would be public record. Nevertheless, I hereby
give Ken Pangborn "permission" to post any public record information
which proves any of his claims about me.
October 2000 After three months, Ken Pangborn has been unable to back
up any of his claims. The point has been proven--that he is lying about
everything.

your own doing not mine. I never called CPS on you but you KNOW who did, the
woman who did it TOLD YOU she was going to do it because of what you

Davey = you consider ONE complaint a "mailbomb" while YOUI send
thousands. Not to mention your little demented forgeries to dozens of MY
host ISP's customers telling them it was closing and to make arrangements to

I post AS ME Davey UNLIKE YOU! You can CLAIM all you wish that others
are me. You accuse Keith of being me when YOU have called his place of
business HARASSING him and his staff. Davey you REALLY REALLY don't want to

This has been the observation of several people Kenneth. You are
correct.

Moore might be on welfare. I don't know, but I'll play devil's
advocate. Suppose he is on welfare. Why would that be any reason to
stop you from taking legal measures to have the site taken down? So
there wouldn't be a monetary gain, you could still have it removed if
it libeled you, but it doesn't. You give a lame excuse Kenneth. Why
don't you tell the truth for once? Every single solitary word written
about you at http://www.aboutkenpangborn.com is true and you know it.
There isn't a legal solution to written material about you if it is
true. It the page was full of lies as you claim, you could have gotten
an American judge to prosecute Moore even if the site itself is "off
shore" as you like to put it. You can't get it taken down and will
never have it taken down because it is all true.
