Which came first do you believe? Moses *faith* or the parting of the Red Sea? By the same token which comes first, faith in your Boss, or your paycheck? By the same token, which comes first, faith that the sun will come up, or it peaking over the horizon.
Was i wrong to suggest "faith without works is dead"? As in a dead battery, that's no good, and doesn't work to begin with? Blind Faith is what you are thinking of maybe. but i don't have any, see!

I guess it depends on what one means by blind. In this context, I've always thought that it is meant as a metaphor to represent not being backed up by anything real. By definition, this is the case. It is particularly the case in the context of what Christians are supposed to strive for when they speak of faith. From what I've read, for Jews [noting that this is crossposted to soc.culture.jewish] questioning of matters of faith is encouraged more by the religion but ultimately the religious matters (God, etc.) are still to be accepted on faith that is no different than that of the Christians since there's still no perceptible reality to back it up).
So, unless you mean anything else by blind (in this context), yes, all faith is blind.
