 | The only ones really capable of controlling and elimanating terrorists are other Muslims. Why? Because they know who they are and can identify them. U.S & English military units can do so only on a piecemeal basis, and at a horrendous cost. So far, the more moderate Muslim factions have been reluctant to take any real action. Their failure to do so can only exacerbate anti Muslim fellings by non Muslims, who can't distinguish between radicals and moderates.

And where did you come up with this crackpot theory?

The nature of guerilla war is that the guerillas get support from the native population, either by way of fear or cooperation. The occupiers can't be everywhere, and the native populaion is very reluctant to risk their family's lives by informing.

It's's Sunni's vs. Shite's for power and control, or haven't you heard?
