Back in the development of TCP/IP in comp.protocols via BBS, I was an active contributor to TCP/IP. Both the bitwise and decimal time stamp is my concept, same with 4 and now in 6 the auto assigned IP was also my concept. Making me a contributor. At the time in 1986 of TCP/IP 1 - we had a telephony fee built in so people like myself and the other contributor would not have to go on the dole, rent a house and so on, this is more for the metaphysical relationship of everyone typing at our house and running the stock market on our feet. Currently I have a misdiagnosis on my life, the telephony fee was never paid, both myself and other contributor have been ripped off by developers at Microsoft and other companies that used our contribution to the development of the internet in both credits and financially. Can you imagine it in my representation both the stock market and the US economy is rented like my house, my toaster will occasionally (metaphysically speaking of course) crash the stock market with hidden debt. Personally I am out of pocket by tens of millions of dollars. How bout I go and be a hobo again.. after being a concept developer of the protocol that runs the planet. You know I will sit here on the dole, a ripped off 10 year old form the BBS Days and not have my telephony fees paid.. I shouldn't have to rent, I should have a car, a house and no moorage.. and the USA for starts should be paying the fees.
