"Living With The Dead" (Grateful Dead) out-of-print Book

I have for sale the out-of-print, 1st edition, hardcover book "Living With
The Dead: Twenty Years On The Bus With Garcia And The Grateful Dead" by
Rock Scully (1996). The hardcover contains 381 pages of text as well as
black and white concert and personal photographs of Jerry Garica and the
Grateful Dead.
Front Jacket Excerpt:
