I bought a brand new computer two hours ago and out of the box plugged it in only to be met with an error message of 'BATTERY NOT IDENTIFIED'. I searched online and found several other Dell customers have had this same problem with the Dell INSPIRON mini model, yet no communication has taken place with your retailers (in my case the Staples in Downtown Los Angeles) and I just spent 45 minutes of my work time listening to two Dell representatives tell me the same thing not at my prompting. You see, after expressing how disappointed I was with my first personal computing experience with Dell, at the end of the support call, the first representative told me the manager wanted to speak to me. I waited patiently on hold for one minute only to have the manager come on the line and repeat everything I was already told by the first representative. My first personal experience with a Dell computer has been an odd waste of time and as a retailer you should be shamed out of the marketplace for allowing this utter waste of my time. As a journalist and technological enthusiast operating a growing search engine, I fully intend warn others of Dell's massive miscommunicative enterprise, faulty products, and poor customer service - what a total wast of money? The entire experience was like getting spit on in the face for $400. Sincerely, M. Michael Musatov Founder, MeAmI.org http://www.meami.org marty.musatov[at]gmail.com Other posts:
