IM Flash Technologies is seeking an Operations Research Analyst to own development of supply chain data management and decision automation solutions. IM Flash Technologies is a joint venture between Intel Corporation and Micron Corporation focused on production of NAND memory. As a Supply Chain Operations Research Analyst, you will be responsible for improving business processes through development of decision support tools. Problems of interest include production planning and capacity optimization. You will be responsible for tracking relevant operations research technologies, prototyping applicable concepts and algorithms, and integrating these capabilities into new and existing decision support tools. This position requires the ability to interface heavily with business users to gather requirements, develop models and create prototypes that support their needs and to deliver solutions that are rapidly adopted by the business. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Systems thinking and the ability to determine the appropriate problem to address after observing planning operations. Ability to synthesize diverse information and propose a coherent solution. Proficiency in a computing language required with a preference for Transact-SQL. Experience with developing linear programming and heuristic algorithm solutions required with experience with optimization development environment preferred. Industry experience in supply chain operations research is desirable. Semiconductor experience preferred. BS or MS in IE/Operations Research or MBA required. Recent/New College Graduates Only.
