Is doing push-ups for long people and short people the same?

Or in other words: is there an advantage in being tall or small?
The basic assumption is that the bodies are in proportion, same centre
of mass, same gender, etc.

Doing push-ups is mainly using the muscles in the arms, and use the arms
as a lever. A taller person has more bodyweight to lift, has also longer
arms which of course are stronger than the arms of shorter person.

Is there an anatomic advantage for one of the two?
