Bid After 1S Response

Hi,

You are East. Dealer is South. Duplicate scoring, nobody
vulnerable. Assume standard Amer. bidding, not playing
2/1.

The hand:

J 7 5 3
K Q 3 2
(Void)
K Q J 5 4

Bidding is as follows:

S W N E

P P P 1C
P 1S P ?

Despite the fact that my partner passed, the 8+ spade fit, my
void in diamonds and strong club suit leads me believe that
we likely have game in spades.

What is the best second bid that I can make? What would
2S or 3S mean?

Thanks,
QZ
