Chromatin IP protocol from mouse brain

Hi,

Does anyone have a good protocol for cross-linked chromatin
immuno-precipitation from 3-5 weeks mice (including the chromatin
preparation part)? I have tried two of them, but find it difficult to purif=
y
chromatin with a good yield, and at the same time get it clean enough to
allow for reproducible immuno-precipitation results.

Also, does anyone know what is a reasonable quantity of chromatin to expect
from a single brain?

Thank you for your help,

S=E9bastien Vigneau
