XYZ invitational sequences

For those of you that play XYZ, when responder shows an invitational
bid, what bids do you play as a one round force, game force, or
passable after opener's third bid?

1X 1Y
1Z 2C
2D 2H or 2S or 3C
?

What bids constitute attempted signoffs?

Example:

1D 1H
1S 2C (artificial relay to 2D showing an invitational hand
- unless 2D is passed)
2D ("forced") 2H
?

Of the bids 2S, 2NT, 3C, and 3D, which are signoff, which are one
round forces, and which are game forces?

Are all of the above bids signing off setting the contract or not?
