In a German heraldic group we discuss the question:
who (of the many) was this St-Julien?
In Rietstap's and Papworth's we find many of these "cross croslet"s,=20
mostly English.

Tafel 1, states
"Nr. 51 b hei=DFt bei den Engl=E4ndern 'Cross St. Julien'.

In none of my 5 English Heraldic books (printed between 1844 and 1920) I =

was able to detect the term "St-Julian"
